What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership to translate business objectives into technical requirements and roadmap execution.
• Design and implement advanced automations to optimize top-of-funnel processes and business efficiency.
• Leverage AI agents and tools like Clay, Claude, and Gong to automate account research and prospect prioritization.
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to deliver scalable user experiences.
• Manage systems governance, including data integrity, deduplication, and process documentation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Background in consulting or a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrable portfolio of AI-first principles and experience building micro-apps with tools like Claude, n8n, or Replit.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tool proficiency.
• Consultative approach to gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and transforming them into technical solutions.
