Sr. Product Manager, GTM Systems (Fintech): Owning the product vision and roadmap for the internal go-to-market technology stack across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing platforms with an accent on CRM optimization and process scalability. Focus on translating complex business needs into functional specifications and driving the delivery of integrated systems to improve revenue operational efficiency.
Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000

What you will do
- Drive the GTM Systems product roadmap for Salesforce, Gong, and Marketo to align with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Lead quarterly and annual planning to translate business strategy into prioritized platform initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance to optimize internal workflows and operational efficiency.
- Write detailed PRDs and functional specifications for tool, low-code, and data changes across the GTM portfolio.
- Partner with engineering and system administrators to manage sprint execution and ensure high-quality platform releases.
- Evaluate and recommend new GTM technologies, including buyer engagement and marketing automation tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or system development.
- 7+ years of experience in GTM systems, Revenue Operations, or related business processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Gong, and Marketo.
- Proven ability to write detailed functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with conversational marketing platforms (Qualified, Inflection) or sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, 6sense).
- Background in financial data or B2B SaaS environments.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
