What you will do

• Define and own the Product organization's operating model, including planning cycles, roadmap governance, and OKR frameworks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing PMO function covering program delivery, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with the CPO and executive team to ensure strategic initiatives are resourced, sequenced, and delivered on time.
• Drive operational excellence across the product lifecycle, from intake and prioritization through launch readiness.
• Establish standards for product documentation and decision governance to reduce friction and increase velocity.
• Apply process automation and AI strategies to transform productivity and innovation across the workforce.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product management or product operations within enterprise software or cloud technology companies.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience with a proven ability to cultivate high-performance teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling PMO or product operations functions in large organizations.
• Deep experience leading complex, cross-functional programs involving cloud platforms or data infrastructure.
• Must be based in the USA (as indicated by location and US-specific benefit structures).
• Exceptional executive communication skills for C-suite and board audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies at enterprise scale.
• Familiarity with hirify.global Vantage, cloud data warehousing, or open table formats like Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake.
• Experience with product portfolio management tools such as Productboard, Aha!, or Jira Align.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or data analytics platforms.
