What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple technical disciplines using diverse sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on role requirements and search priorities.
• Conduct thorough intake discussions to provide market insights and influence hiring strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional outreach and initial candidate experience that reflects the company mission.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within Greenhouse to ensure reporting integrity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in high-growth, startup, or tech environments.
• Proven success building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles and engaging passive talent.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders.
• Creativity and persistence in utilizing both traditional and unconventional sourcing methods.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
