What you will do

• Support the University Recruiting strategy for Internship and New Grad programs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Drive strategic sourcing and engagement to build diverse candidate pools.
• Develop relationships with faculty, staff, and student organizations at partner universities.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders to determine hiring needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle university recruiting experience in high-growth, high-volume environments.
• Experience managing recruiting strategies for competitive, hard-to-fill positions.
• Located in the Bay Area with ability to commute to San Francisco 3x per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates across Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD programs.
• Ability to use data for analysis and goal setting.

Nice to have

• SWE and ML recruiting experience (Bachelors, Masters, PhD).
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or Gem.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
