What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level to senior technical and scientific roles within R&D teams.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define search criteria, interview processes, and timelines.
  • Proactively source niche talent using AI-based tools, professional networks, and direct marketing strategies.
  • Conduct screening interviews for both scientific and non-scientific positions.
  • Coordinate offer details and approvals in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage the candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • Significant recruitment experience within a biotech or pharmaceutical environment, preferably in-house.
  • Proven success in hiring for niche and scientific roles in the UK or US markets.
  • English: C1 level (excellent written and oral communication).
  • Education in STEM, Human Resources, or Business Management is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones in an international environment.
  • Valid employment rights in the UK (required).
