Location: Must be based in New York City and able to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary: $275,000–$350,000

What you will do
- Lead and scale the People function, managing the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance, and engagement.
- Partner with the leadership team on organizational design, headcount planning, and company-wide goal setting.
- Establish and monitor key people metrics to guide decision-making and drive accountability.
- Build and run scalable processes for performance reviews, compensation planning, and leveling frameworks.
- Develop programs that strengthen culture and employee engagement with measurable outcomes.
- Own HR systems and tools, ensuring data accuracy and process automation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Consulting, People, or HR roles, with 5+ years leading teams.
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling people systems, including performance management and compensation.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and defining KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with executives and influence leadership.
- Hands-on, builder mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Must be based in New York City and available for 3 days/week in-office work.
