TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Custom Software): Driving new business development for AI and low-code custom application solutions with an accent on consultative sales within complex, highly regulated industries. Focus on outbound prospecting, managing multi-stakeholder engagements, and collaborating with solution engineers to deliver high-value technology blueprints.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role is remote with mandatory travel to the Denver, CO office for meetings and training.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary (OTE $200,000–$240,000).

What you will do

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to acquire new clients in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and finance.
  • Qualify and advance inbound leads using a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements from discovery through close.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers to shape tailored, compelling technical solutions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Must currently reside in the United States.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 1+ years selling custom software, technical platforms, or professional services.
  • 3+ years selling into manufacturing, healthcare, construction, or financial services.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and new business development.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on industry experience in target verticals.
  • Formal sales methodology training (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, Sandler).
  • Experience with account-based selling strategies.
  • Technical or construction-related education.
