Lead Analytics Solutions & Services "Data Platform" (Snowflake)

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. Hybrid work with remote work available several days per week from France.

What you will do

• Lead the OPEN Feature Team operationally and participate in recruiting and training developers.
• Design, deliver, and maintain data accessibility, democratization, and BI administration products.
• Design solutions for measuring Data ROI, including platform operating costs and the value created by data products.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, other Data Platform Feature Teams, and third-party solution providers to ensure technical consistency.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Data Portal and implement automation for BI administration.
• Monitor and resolve incidents, support internal data teams, and promote data technology best practices.

Requirements

• Senior experience in enterprise-scale data and BI environments, including self-analytics solutions for large user bases.
• Experience providing technical leadership for consultants or project teams while remaining an individual contributor.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and its ecosystem, plus experience with Tableau, Dataiku, and orchestration tools such as Astronomer or Airflow.
• Advanced data modeling, SQL, database, semantic layer, and modern analytics architecture skills.
• Experience administering and industrializing BI tools, with an automation-oriented approach; dbt knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, user-service, stakeholder-influence, problem-solving, and technical simplification skills.
