What you will do

• Lead the OPEN Feature Team, including recruitment, training, and operational management.
• Design and maintain data products to measure Data ROI and operational platform costs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and other Data Tribes to ensure technical consistency.
• Manage relationships with third-party solution providers and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve incidents while implementing technological watch for the modern data stack.
• Facilitate data adoption through training sessions and clear onboarding paths for internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in France for hybrid work arrangements.
• Proven senior experience in enterprise-scale Data/BI environments.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake and its ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tool industrialization.
• Experience with Tableau, Dataiku, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.

Nice to have

• Experience with dbt for data transformation.
• Background in semantic layer design and modern analytics architecture.
