Director, Corporate Strategy (Digital Health)

Location: Remote, USA

Annual base salary: $150,000–$206,000, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead the annual strategic planning process and align business-unit investments with market demand and long-term success metrics.
• Develop M&A investment theses, assess build-versus-buy-versus-partner options, and evaluate acquisition candidates.
• Design post-acquisition integration and value-creation plans with Corporate Development.
• Use competitive intelligence to guide product pivots and execute international and domestic market-entry strategies.
• Prepare strategic narratives, data analyses, and presentations for the Board, Executive Committee, and investors.
• Manage and mentor Strategy Managers and Associates.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, top-tier management consulting, or corporate development in digital health or healthcare.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial fluency, including unit economics, financial modeling, and business-case development.
• Deep experience with Employer Benefits, Health Systems, or Payer markets.
• MBA preferred.
