AI Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or New York, New York, United States; regular work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $225,000.00–$240,750.00 per year

What you will do

• Engage with digital-oriented executives to shape AI transformation agendas and develop client solutions.
• Deliver high-impact consulting services while monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating outcomes.
• Apply current business and industry trends to pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, and life sciences engagements.
• Lead and motivate consulting teams with diverse skills across multiple projects.
• Develop teams’ use of AI, provide coaching and feedback, and mentor junior consultants.
• Build collaborative, innovative, and inclusive client-focused engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or life sciences.
• 8+ years of experience in life sciences management consulting and 6+ years in a leadership role within a professional services firm.
• Deep healthcare and life sciences knowledge, with functional expertise across operations.
• Experience setting agendas with C-suite executives at pharmaceutical and medical device companies and delivering technology-led transformation programs.
• Strong experience in tech strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud data strategy, and AI infusion.
• Fluent English and strong client engagement, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
