What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, BAAs, vendor, data use, and partnership agreements.
- Maintain and optimize contract templates, approval matrices, and internal legal guidance.
- Develop and scale contract lifecycle management processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders on commercial transactions and general day-to-day legal issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- J.D. from a U.S. law school and admission to a state bar.
- Ability to navigate technical, financial, and data science concepts.
- Must be based in the United States to meet legal and bar admission requirements.
