Channel Business Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote role based in Lima, Peru

Cybersecurity company developing enterprise software and network security solutions, with a focus on protecting digital environments through innovative technology.

What you will do

• Develop and execute business plans with strategic VAR, GSI, and MSSP partners.
• Manage partner relationships to increase revenue, market share, and partner sales-team engagement.
• Align internal and partner sales teams, including Global and International Account Directors.
• Develop services and go-to-market strategies around emerging and established technologies.
• Lead business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain performance reports, activity dashboards, and joint opportunity pipelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel management or business development within enterprise software or network security.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Understanding of the local MCA market.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
• Strong presentation, written communication, initiative, creativity, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.

• Understanding of service provider and GSI operating models.
