What you will do

• Facilitate client onboarding and assist with product and service procurement.
• Manage a portfolio of new business targets, active existing accounts, and lapsed accounts.
• Collect and analyze client performance data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design and implement new processes to improve onboarding, support, and internal collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, SMS, and Strategic Services teams.
• Lead projects aimed at improving client success outcomes from scope definition to implementation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in political, nonprofit, or aligned agency environments.
• Experience in digital communications, fundraising, operations, client success, or marketing.
• Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Project management experience.
• Must reside in one of the approved US states.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CRM systems and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Background in digital or direct mail communications and fundraising.
• Experience with political campaigns or integrated marketing companies.
