What you will do
- Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of remote Account Executives to meet revenue goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and prospecting campaigns for private childcares and non-profits.
- Manage daily sales metrics and optimize usage of SFDC and SalesLoft.
- Collaborate with SDR/MDR leadership and corporate partners to ensure market growth.
- Handle complex customer escalations and conduct market research on education trends.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA
- 2-3 years of experience managing remote sales teams with measured KPIs.
- 5+ years of overall Sales or Business Development experience focusing on new customer acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and SalesLoft.
