What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of remote Account Executives to meet revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and prospecting campaigns for private childcares and non-profits.
  • Manage daily sales metrics and optimize usage of SFDC and SalesLoft.
  • Collaborate with SDR/MDR leadership and corporate partners to ensure market growth.
  • Handle complex customer escalations and conduct market research on education trends.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 2-3 years of experience managing remote sales teams with measured KPIs.
  • 5+ years of overall Sales or Business Development experience focusing on new customer acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and SalesLoft.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the private childcare industry.
  • Prior experience in educational sales.
