What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of AI Ops Engineers, owning delivery and development.
• Build and ship automations and agents that improve internal team efficiency.
• Prioritize and manage competing requests from multiple global teams.
• Maintain and scale the AI tooling stack across 2,500+ employees.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for practical value and integration.
• Refine AI training processes for wider engineering and operational teams.

Requirements

• Must be located within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
• Hands-on experience building automations using scripting or workflow tools.
• Proven experience building agents using frameworks like LangChain, MCP, or Google ADK.
• Background in enterprise tooling, rapid prototyping (Vercel/Railway), and identity automation.
• Strong people leadership experience with a focus on team delivery and mentorship.
• Product-focused mindset with the ability to treat internal teams as customers.
