What you will do

• Develop reusable AI skills for text analysis, classification, and RAG.
• Optimize prompts across different models through A/B testing and quality measurement.
• Design and implement RAG integrations and agentic pipelines.
• Connect external APIs, vector databases, and knowledge sources.
• Test, document, and establish best practices for AI skills.
• Monitor performance and iterate based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Technical education in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimization.
• Python development skills for creating integrations and automation.
• Systematic architectural thinking and an analytical approach.
• English: B1+ proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Belarus, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as AutoGPT, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience in model fine-tuning or working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face APIs.
• Understanding of LLM function calling and tool use.
• Experience with AI output evaluation frameworks.
