What you will do

• Drive insight generation for complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop models of cost and quality to support navigation and match services.
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and drive better health outcomes.
• Analyze product usage to identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Prototype novel approaches to measuring product and business performance.
• Scale impact to reach more members in need of services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in highly quantitative roles or relevant advanced degrees.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and defining success metrics.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative patterns into robust narratives.
• Experience driving results on complex, ambiguous projects.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments with Product and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health or high-growth startups.
• Experience building internal tools or infrastructure for machine learning experimentation.
• Experience developing data products leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
