Salary: $160,000 - $185,000

What you will do

• Partner with data scientists and clinical experts to define provider performance metrics and apply statistical rules.
• Drive the construction and evolution of tools used to assess and combine rules measuring provider behavior.
• Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve provider recommendation estimates.
• Design scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into data solutions.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of professional experience in data science, product analytics, or healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver results to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the company cannot provide visa sponsorship.
