What you will do

• Design and implement AI-enabled products for the elluminate software platform.
• Develop predictive models and analytical approaches using ML, DL, and LLMs.
• Perform data cleaning, visualization, and error/deviation analysis on structured and unstructured clinical data.
• Collaborate with business clients and internal product and engineering teams.
• Mentor other team members as the AI capability expands.
• Manage the full AI project workflow from data acquisition to final stakeholder consumption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• Proven track record of building successful products using ML, DL, and LLMs.
• Deep experience working with healthcare or clinical trial data.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with MLOps.
