What you will do

• Build and deploy advanced predictive models for lead scoring, agent matching, and conversion likelihood.
• Develop production-grade RAG and GraphRAG pipelines and design retrieval and ranking systems for unstructured data.
• Write robust data transforms in Databricks using SQL and PySpark.
• Partner with engineering teams to ship model and LLM outputs to production environments utilizing Inngest.
• Analyze MLS data to surface actionable market trends and feed data-driven product features.
• Design and analyze product experiments using PostHog and build dashboards in Hex and Metabase.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or applied machine learning within a product-led company.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Exceptional SQL proficiency, with mandatory experience in PostgreSQL.
• Solid hands-on Python expertise (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Demonstrated success building and deploying RAG or LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Strong background in A/B test design, execution, and statistical analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
