Location: Hybrid, based out of Bridgewater, NJ office (in-person 2 to 3 times a week)

Salary: $113,000 - $143,500 Annual

What you will do

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions spanning on-premises datacenters, virtualized environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Modernize compute, storage, and network services to improve reliability, performance, and security.
• Lead end-to-end server provisioning for Windows and Linux platforms, integrating with ServiceNow automation workflows.
• Build automation for server builds, patching, and lifecycle workflows using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Manage hybrid storage environments (NetApp, SAN, NAS), replication, and disaster recovery configurations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to enhance hardening, vulnerability remediation, and identity hygiene.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Infrastructure Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat), VMware/Hyper-V, and cloud platforms.
• Advanced scripting capabilities in PowerShell and Python, and experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Functional understanding of Directory Services (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID) and core protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS).
• Knowledge of backup platforms such as Druva, Commvault, or Veeam.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-site infrastructure deployments and geographically distributed systems.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP, CSV, NIST, or ISO.
• Professional certifications like MCSE, CCNA, or AWS/GCP/Azure credentials.
