Salary: $221,900 - $271,200

What you will do

• Design and evolve the enterprise identity model using Workday and Okta.
• Architect privileged access management, including just-in-time elevation and managed-device enforcement.
• Lead federation strategy across AWS, Databricks, and the SaaS estate using Terraform.
• Design continuous access evaluation pipelines to ensure audit readiness.
• Develop agentic AI workflows to automate access intake, approvals, and helpdesk triage.
• Set architectural direction for the IT team and mentor engineers through code reviews and design documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Mountain View, CA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT Engineering or Identity & Access roles.
• Significant hands-on expertise in Okta and HRIS-driven lifecycle integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience designing and shipping AI-enabled workflows in a production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fintech or regulated environment (SOC 2, PCI).
• Hands-on work with Databricks federation or AWS IAM Identity Center.
• Certifications such as Okta Certified Consultant/Administrator or CISSP.
