TL;DR

Location: Americas Remote

Salary: $117,000 - $120,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Automation/AI leads to develop agent infrastructure, evals, and AI-powered internal workflows.
  • Build and maintain internal automations and integrations using n8n, Python, TypeScript, and AI agents.
  • Integrate various SaaS tools including Linear, Ramp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and GCP.
  • Create runbooks and documentation to enable company-wide self-service.
  • Support strategic operations and business operations requests.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in tech ops, IT engineering, or platform engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (e.g., Claude, MCP, RAG).
  • Practical experience integrating SaaS systems via APIs and workflow automation (n8n, Zapier).
  • Familiarity with GCP and core tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Linear.
  • Must be based in the Americas.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of identity systems (SSO/SCIM, Okta) and MDM (Kandji, Jamf).
  • Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR compliance programs.
  • Experience shipping internal AI products.
