Location: Must be based in NYC and work in-person (5 days a week) at hirify.global HQ.

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Research and analyze the embedded fintech, payroll, and HRIS landscape to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Build detailed company profiles, market maps, and ICP segmentation frameworks to prioritize target customers.
• Synthesize complex market data into clear, actionable insights for leadership to drive deal closing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop comprehensive GTM strategies.
• Develop scalable frameworks for evaluating new business opportunities and mapping key stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tooling to develop efficient research, contact, and closing processes.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or market intelligence.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work in-person 5 days a week.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and presentation-building.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
