What you will do

• Manage end-to-end agentic-enabled client support experiences from first contact through resolution.
• Drive platform adoption through hands-on guidance on prompting, workflows, and use case development.
• Translate client feedback into high-signal structured inputs for Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct deep technical investigations of platform issues to resolve them before escalating to engineering.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive internal knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Client Partners and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure a unified client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical field.
• Fundamental technical skills and deep curiosity about AI platforms.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• High agency, extreme ownership, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in banking or fintech.
