Focus on leveraging AI tools to enhance customer experience, optimizing CRM workflows, and ensuring scalable growth across the sales funnel.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote work is available from AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, and VA (with a preference for Chicago, Denver, or Phoenix). Hybrid or onsite options are available in Denver, CO or Chandler, AZ. Remote work from CA, FL, MA, NY, OR, WA, and WI may be considered with additional approval.

Salary: $120k - $150k

What you will do

  • Develop GTM plans and track success metrics to drive scalable business growth.
  • Own the administration and optimization of the sales tech stack and GTM tools.
  • Design and manage outbound dialer strategies and engagement cadences for every stage of the funnel.
  • Lead the monthly workforce and incentive planning process to identify staffing gaps and hiring needs.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to optimize operational costs and enhance customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Ops leaders to drive accountability for productivity, quality, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States (preferred states: AZ, CO, DC, IL, MD, TX, VA).
  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy roles.
  • Direct experience in capacity planning and workforce management processes.
  • Proven experience managing customer outreach and lead management strategies, including dialer and CRM workflows.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to translate data into high-impact business initiatives.
  • Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings.
