What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day HR Shared Services operations, ensuring timely execution of employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, commissions, and bonuses while maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Manage employee relations case administration, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams like Payroll, Finance, and HRIS to deliver seamless operational support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process mapping, and the adoption of AI-enabled HR operations.
• Track and report service KPIs, including SLA adherence and quality metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Certified HR Practitioner in Kenya (CHRP(K)) and active IHRM membership.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Strong understanding of compliance, records management, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and case management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational metrics to drive improvements.
