What you will do

  • Coordinate end-to-end global onboarding, including issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Draft and maintain employment contracts and amendments in accordance with local legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage employee records in the HRIS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop ad hoc HR reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets to provide business insights.
  • Manage offboarding procedures, including resignation acceptance and exit documentation.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration across different regions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or coordinator role, ideally within a startup or tech environment.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and the full employee lifecycle.
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional employment practices and ability to work across time zones.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and digital productivity tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be based in Sydney for on-site work.
