What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated, data-driven paid media strategies across the full customer journey.
- Partner with the Planning team to shape integrated media plans, channel choices, and measurement approaches.
- Oversee large-scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Implement advanced optimization techniques, including A/B testing, predictive analytics, and algorithmic bidding.
- Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Manage relationships with key platform partners to drive innovation and enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing campaigns at scale.
- Deep expertise in paid search and paid social platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Advanced understanding of attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dubai office under a hybrid model.
