What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta.
• Design and analyze experiments, including audience, creative, and landing page testing.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
• Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency.
• Build and improve internal workflows and automations using AI tools and LLMs.
• Coordinate with the web team on tracking implementation and conversion experiments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Sweden and eligible to work in Sweden.
• Must be able to work from the Stockholm office 4 days per week.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, or Meta.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting dashboards and data analysis.
• Professional English communication skills required.
• Practical experience or strong interest in applying AI and LLMs to marketing workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience using LLMs for scripting or data analysis.
• Background in statistics, mathematics, or technical fields.
• Experience implementing marketing tracking or conversion measurement.
