What you will do

• Develop and execute full marketing strategies for exclusive global experiences and hirify.global Original events.
• Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage regional P&L and large-scale marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong ROI.
• Collaborate with growth marketing teams to analyze results, identify opportunities, and refine marketing models.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to provide strategic direction.
• Leverage advanced data insights and performance metrics for forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on exposure to multichannel and paid media strategies.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a deep command of performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Foundational knowledge of project management to keep complex campaigns on track.
• Ability to thrive and maintain quality in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
