What you will do

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative Enterprise sales professionals.
  • Own the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations for the Southern European sales team.
  • Drive revenue growth, ensure accurate forecasting, and scale team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
  • Develop and document a scalable sales playbook to enable consistent growth.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on career development and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Must have valid French work rights; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Ability to lead multi-threaded sales cycles with diverse executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in professional services.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
