What you will do
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative Enterprise sales professionals.
- Own the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations for the Southern European sales team.
- Drive revenue growth, ensure accurate forecasting, and scale team performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
- Develop and document a scalable sales playbook to enable consistent growth.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on career development and excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of tech sales experience and 5+ years of people management experience.
- Must have valid French work rights; no visa sponsorship available.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
- Ability to lead multi-threaded sales cycles with diverse executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in professional services.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
