What you will do

  • Own the success and growth of key Fortune 500 customer and agency relationships.
  • Provide strategic consulting to executives to help them navigate and leverage AI marketing.
  • Develop case studies and best practices to showcase thought leadership and deliver actionable insights.
  • Monitor industry trends in mar-tech to proactively adjust account strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
  • Oversee renewal processes and lead complex contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of building and growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and present client-focused solutions.
  • Experience interpreting customer data to provide strategic analysis and recommendations.
  • Must be based in New York for hybrid work.
  • Startup-ready mentality with a bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity.
