What you will do
- Own the success and growth of key Fortune 500 customer and agency relationships.
- Provide strategic consulting to executives to help them navigate and leverage AI marketing.
- Develop case studies and best practices to showcase thought leadership and deliver actionable insights.
- Monitor industry trends in mar-tech to proactively adjust account strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
- Oversee renewal processes and lead complex contract negotiations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management within a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of building and growing relationships with Fortune 500 clients.
- Ability to influence C-level executives and present client-focused solutions.
- Experience interpreting customer data to provide strategic analysis and recommendations.
- Must be based in New York for hybrid work.
