What you will do

• Own and grow a territory of strategic Financial Services accounts, focusing on new business and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across business, data & AI, and IT teams.
• Drive complex enterprise sales cycles using structured methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or value selling.
• Translate customer priorities and challenges into clear hirify.global value propositions.
• Develop detailed account strategies identifying business pain, executive sponsors, and mutual action plans.
• Partner with Presales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a coordinated customer experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, specifically with complex solutions for large accounts.
• Strong ability to create value for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience selling into Financial Services (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with data, analytics, AI, cloud, or enterprise transformation topics.
• Clear, confident communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Adaptability and curiosity for operating in a fast-paced environment.
