What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities in Europe, including prospecting, cold calling, and contract negotiations.
- Identify, pursue, and close new strategic accounts within the IP and legal sectors.
- Expand and deepen relationships with existing enterprise customers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-value outcomes.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and performance in a long, consultative sales environment.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS or professional services to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of the IP industry (e.g., patent search, analytics, legal tech, or R&D workflows).
- Consistent history of exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Strong network and proven success selling into high-tech companies in Europe.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way.
Nice to have
- Existing network within corporate IP departments, law firms, or patent offices.
- Professional proficiency in French and experience working with French-speaking customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
