Location: 100% remote within the US

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of CS enablement programs, from need identification to measurement.
- Create practical learning experiences and reinforcement systems, including coaching frameworks and workflow tools.
- Develop scalable, field-ready content for renewals, expansion opportunities, and customer recovery.
- Partner with CS leadership to embed enablement into operating rhythms and coaching cadences.
- Leverage Gong and Salesforce insights to identify trends, risks, and skill gaps.
- Design and facilitate scenario-based learning and role-plays to sharpen account strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years in CS Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a post-sale revenue role.
- Experience in programmatic advertising, Connected TV, or a closely adjacent AdTech environment.
- Fluency in CS methodology: value realization, EBR/QBR frameworks, expansion motion, and at-risk account management.
- Working knowledge of MEDDICC as an account health framework.
- Proficiency in Gong, Salesforce, WorkRamp, and Highspot.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Direct experience as a CSM, Onboarding Specialist, or Account Manager in AdTech, CTV, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with CTV-specific conversations: campaign performance reviews, attribution, and incremental reach.
- Experience building programs for both CSM and AM roles simultaneously.
- Ability to use Gong data independently to assess CS skill health.
