What you will do

• Manage and maintain global banking relationships and oversee the bank account lifecycle, including KYC processes.
• Supervise and execute payment processing for vendors, payroll, intercompany transfers, and other disbursements.
• Coordinate day-to-day treasury operations across multiple regions, monitoring global cash positions and optimizing fund flows.
• Ensure the functionality, security, and efficiency of the Treasury Management System (TMS) and lead system upgrades.
• Provide regular reports on liquidity forecasts, bank fees, and treasury KPIs.
• Maintain current treasury policies and support audits, financial reporting, and regulatory filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in treasury or cash management, specifically within international operations.
• Deep understanding of banking products, payment systems, and treasury best practices.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms.
• Required to be authorized to work in the U.S.
• No relocation sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-entity or multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with FX management, intercompany loans, or working capital optimization.
• Prior experience with Kyriba, NetSuite, or Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of banking regulations in key jurisdictions.
