What you will do

• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing engagements and prioritizing deadlines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, reviewing work and offering feedback.
• Contribute to team culture, collaboration, and growth initiatives in the Sioux Falls office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Senior: 3–5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Supervisor: 5+ years of experience, with prior review or team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct).
