Treasury Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Location: This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage the Treasury function, driving process ownership and accountability.
• Review and approve treasury transactions, including funding wires, cash concentration transfers, and debt-related payments.
• Oversee the weekly cash forecasting process, collaborating with Accounts Payable and reporting insights to leadership.
• Manage relationships with commercial banking partners, including account administration and implementation of cash management products.
• Administer and enhance treasury controls, including fraud prevention and compliance with internal policies.
• Act as a key partner with insurance brokers to manage corporate insurance programs, including policy renewals and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Banking/Treasury.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with treasury forecasting techniques.
• Exceptional interpersonal communications skills, displaying the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
