What you will do

• Own daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and entities to ensure adequate funding.
• Manage and deepen relationships with US banking partners and lead the onboarding of new partners for expansion.
• Support the structuring and negotiation of credit facilities, including lender reporting and covenant compliance tracking.
• Design and implement comprehensive treasury policies, internal controls, and SOPs to support company scalability.
• Collaborate with FX, Accounting, and Product teams to optimize payment rail decisions and settlement flows.
• Build the treasury function from the ground up, including hiring and mentoring a Treasury Analyst in the near term.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of progressive treasury experience, with a significant portion in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-currency treasury operations across multiple entities or corridors.
• Direct experience with credit facilities, lender reporting, and draw/repayment mechanics.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, settlement mechanics, and liquidity management in high-volume environments.
• Experience building treasury policies and internal controls from scratch within a scaling company.
• AI-forward mindset and the ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with stablecoin or digital-asset treasury.
• Proven ability to automate treasury processes.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
