Senior Controller (Finance)

Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 base salary

What you will do

• Lead daily U.S. finance and accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, payroll, and tax coordination.
• Oversee accounting activities across multiple U.S. entities and ensure alignment with global finance leadership.
• Act as the primary finance lead supporting merger and integration activities across the organization.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial guidance, operational insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage and mentor accounting and finance staff to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Drive ERP optimization and internal advocacy for NetSuite implementation and process enhancements.

Requirements

• CPA, CMA, or advanced degree required.
• Proven experience leading accounting and finance operations in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Strong background in operational accounting (AP, AR, billing, payroll, and cash flow management).
• Experience overseeing multi-entity accounting operations and cross-functional finance activities.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, system transitions, or finance transformation initiatives.
• Must be based in or able to work in Vista, California (Hybrid).
