Salary: $190K – $230K

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Growth Strategists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Drive meaningful business outcomes, revenue growth, and retention for enterprise clients.
  • Manage high-impact customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Forecast, track, and report on KPIs tied to expansion and customer health.
  • Design and scale playbooks, frameworks, and strategies to amplify the team's impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York (Hybrid setup)
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar growth functions.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing B2B SaaS roles (CSM, Account Manager, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong systems thinking capability to identify bottlenecks and build scalable processes.
