What you will do

• Serve as the primary clinical expert for the Cascade IONM product portfolio.
• Design and deliver a comprehensive educational portfolio, including webinars, workshops, certifications, and self-paced modules.
• Lead clinical configuration and training deliverables during customer go-live and re-training plans.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to provide clinical expertise and workflow guidance during product evaluations at enterprise sites.
• Contribute clinical insights to software enhancements and product design based on customer feedback.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for assigned customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of clinical IONM experience.
• CNIM certification is required.
• Expert-level knowledge of IONM clinical workflows and at least one IONM product line.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet medical facility credentialing requirements.
