What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals on defibrillators, patient monitors, and CPR feedback devices.
• Provide in-field clinical support during product implementation and post-installation follow-ups.
• Perform engaging product demonstrations to showcase clinical and operational benefits to prospective customers.
• Troubleshoot technical and clinical issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to provide customer insights for product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Paramedicine, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care, emergency medicine, or pre-hospital care.
• Ability to explain technical aspects of medical software and hardware.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with hirify.global products or similar medical devices.
• Certification in advanced life support (ALS/ACLS).
• Experience as a clinical educator or applications specialist.
• Familiarity with clinical data management systems.
