What you will do

• Lead pre-award feasibility projects, including competitive, historical recruitment, and epidemiology analysis.
• Manage post-award feasibility project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Develop enrollment models and study strategies to support site identification and clinical trial success.
• Present feasibility strategies at internal and client meetings, including bid defense presentations.
• Engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support recruitment efforts.
• Implement and maintain feasibility processes, SOPs, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience in clinical trial feasibility or site identification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-based platforms and MS Office.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
