Salary: $200,000 - $235,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global TA strategy aligned with AI enterprise talent priorities and workforce plans.
• Lead end-to-end executive hiring for Director-level and senior AI/ML roles in partnership with business leaders.
• Own the global TA KPI framework and consolidate regional performance into executive dashboards.
• Set global TA systems strategy, including ATS selection, implementation governance, and data standards.
• Design global recruiting programs for interns, trainees, and early-career talent.
• Partner with Marketing to shape EVP messaging and targeted campaigns to attract top AI/ML talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition leadership with global or multi-region scope.
• Proven experience sourcing and closing AI/ML, data, and software engineering talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build governance and scalable TA processes across geographies.
• Strong analytics and executive communication skills to translate TA metrics into decisions.
• Experience with ATS strategy, data standards, and change management.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Fremont, CA.
