What you will do

• Facilitate production planning and manage milestone execution across development teams.
• Maintain project schedules, delivery plans, and budgets while tracking risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners throughout the production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal publishing stakeholders to align project scope, quality, and timelines.
• Provide regular status updates and roadblock reports to leadership.
• Implement process improvements and mentor junior producers on project workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in game development production.
• Proven track record of managing full production pipelines from pre-production to launch.
• Experience shipping at least three titles in a production leadership role.
• Strong skills in risk management, milestone planning, and multi-team coordination.
• Proficiency with Agile, hybrid, or other game development methodologies.
