What you will do

• Lead videogame projects independently from onboarding through submission, first-party approval, and post-launch support.
• Define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules in collaboration with department leads.
• Set project goals and milestones while managing scope, constraints, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure tasks are prioritized and completed according to roadmaps.
• Collaborate with development teams to remove production blockers and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Mentor and train Associate Producers and contribute to the interview and hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one shipped title in a producer role.
• Experience with PC and Console (Gen 8 or 9) development.
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile production management methodologies.
• Knowledge of game production tools, software development processes, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Solid understanding of PC and console games.
• Knowledge of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
