What you will do

• Coordinate design, engineering, art, and QA teams to ensure smooth project progression and alignment.
• Implement lightweight planning and rapid prototyping loops to enable fast idea validation.
• Establish the studio's approach to bug tracking, triage, and velocity, handling initial day-to-day QA.
• Manage internal team growth and coordinate external partners, freelancers, and co-development studios.
• Guide the team through scope shifts and pivots based on research, playtesting, and technical discovery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game production.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead production role working on multiplayer titles.
• Confidence working across design, engineering, and QA disciplines.
• Experience in fast-paced, creative environments, such as game jams.
• Ability to leverage player data and feedback to guide development decisions.
• Must be based in the UK or Europe.
